The hotel was very clean and more like a mini resort. We were really pleased with our room - modern design (seemed like newer construction), two levels with master bedroom upstairs, two outdoor balconies, and very clean. Navigating the stairs with all our luggage was challenging, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful when we checked in. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel's staff were exceptionally lovely and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and, even though it was a last-minute booking, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for families. The staff went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and even providing breakfast at 4:30 AM to ensure we could catch our rescheduled flight. Their dedication and kindness truly made our stay enjoyable. The ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were also superb. However we were disappointed with the rest. Don’t fool yourself by the pictures. Starting from the pool area: the pool is small, all sunshades are broken and shabby. Sadly the pool bar closes at 20:30 - the time where you would want to sit outside and have a drink and a few snacks.The breakfast gives you a wide variety but the quality and taste of the food is average. The rooms however are really nice. Sadly we didn’t have a pool view. Only a few meters away you have the beach. An approx 15min walk to the city centre.
