Perfect location for us, just sits outside the hustle and bustle of Lisbons main parts. All areas are within a short walk away on the flat! The apartments are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and fully equipped for everything you need. Reception hours are good and all the reception staff are warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again

Really lovely one bedroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Was easy to get to everything. Apartment was spacious, clean and cosy. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need for your stay plus basics like oil, slat & pepper which is really useful when you are only staying for a few days. Mauro, the host, was very communicative and helpful. Only thing is parking is limited in all of Lisbon, and because we have a van a lot of the car parks had height restrictions, we did find a parking...

A great centrally located hotel. Rooms were a little small but comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location for seeing the city and getting around, good transportation links. very attentive staff and loved the little things like water and coffee at reception and the room fridge with some free drinks after a long hot day exploring the city. Bar and restaurant were also a lovely addition to the experience

Well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to all amenities and the Metro, but nevertheless in a quiet street - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Nice touches with complimentary port, cherry liqueur and afternoon tea with pastries. We had a sudden need for medical assistance late in the evening and the staff were brilliant in getting it sorted. Extremely comfortable room with all you need, especially, a large bed, comfortable chairs and terrific shower - great for relaxing...

Such a cool hotel! Walking distance from the arch, main square and loads of restaurants, shops and bars The aesthetics are cool and it makes sense when you read about the history of the hotel’s location in the basement..nice surprise there

A beautiful setting for a contemporary hotel. All staff treated us like royalty and couldn't do enough. The food was outstanding, the views were incredible and overall a very enjoyable visit. If I return to Lisbon I would definitely stay here again!

Well located right in the centre of Lisbon near to many of the local shops and restaurants. Made to feel very welcome when we arrived and were treated to an early check in, which was a lovely surprise. The team also gave us some port, wine and pastel de nata as an additional gift.

From arriving and being checked in by an exceptionally helpful Nicole (helped us buy tickets for that evening's Benfica match). To leaving early in the morning after 5 very comfortable nights with a take away breakfast prepared for us to take with us. Great location, close to excellent transport links which enabled us to get to Sintra and Cascais by train and walk quickly to many of Lisbon’s main tourist spots. Excellent restaurant recommendations meant we had two superb fish based evening...

The hotel is lovely and spotless, the reception staff were fantastic the guy came to our taxi to carry our luggage on arrival as the hotel was in a pedestrian area only, the custard tart and drink on arrival was a nice touch. When we left reception called us a taxi to the airport then took our luggage to the car. If we were to return to Lisbon we would stay here again I highly recommend this hotel Thank you for a great stay.

This was a truly fabulous hotel right in the middle of everything you could need from Lisbon. The staff were amazing and we particularly loved the pianist each night between 7:00 and 8:00. Top class service all round.

New hotel, excellent conditions, really clean. The lights show is something you don’t want to miss. In summer time also the rooftop offers a small but cool swimming pool with a nice bar and wonderful view.
