"Hotel decepcionante! Cheguei em Lisboa com uma temperatura de 28ºC , e o ar condicionado do hotel simplesmente não funcionava! Reclamei de todas as formas, mas eles alegavam que estavam no inverno, e o sistema estava configurado apenas para aquecer. Resultado final, fiquei com calor, não consegui dormir, abri a janela e entrou um monte de mosquitos, terrível! Vc não pode controlar a temperatura do seu quarto nesse hotel, fujão dele!!"

"I love this hotel and will absolutely use it again if I return to Lisbon. It was clean, everything worked as expected. The hotel was quiet and the staff were lovely. Booking an apartment room with balcony was perfect for my needs, as it had a fridge and washing machine, along with cooking facilities. Access to pool and gym was a bonus."
