Luckily, our room is located behind the building, so there's no noise. If you are a light sleeper, it might be difficult, since the bars in the area close really late (past 3 am). The location is very convenient. It's close to the metro and within walking distance to most attractions. The hotel does not have an elevator, and our room was on the 4th floor. It was a daily exercise climbing up those stairs and the hills in Lisbon. The location is incredibly convenient, but it is on Pink Street...the nightlife spot of the city. Crowds, music, noise until 4 am is just not our speed anymore. Rooms are small and not at all private, so ideal for families but not really groups of friends. The bed in the loft area was incredibly uncomfortable and hard to access. We knew there was not an elevator, but want to be sure others do as well. The uneven stairs are no joke as we get older lol. The shower and WC were tiny and not very private! Staff were great on check in, they allowed us to check in a bit earlier. We didn’t have breakfast or use the bar at all. We were on the 5th floor with no lift and dangerous stairs. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone that has a heart or respiratory condition or for anyone with mobility issues.
