\- 2nd floor has: 3 bedrooms with AC, 2 full toilet and bath (1 has hot and cold), 1 small room with double deck and ceiling fan  
\- 1 toilet in the 1st floor  
\- Kitchen use for minor heating  
\- Rice cooker, Microwave oven, electric kettle  
\- Carport  
\- Terrace  
\- 3rd floor roof deck with mini pool overlooking the river, sea horizon and far fetched mountains
