The room was not cleaned. When we came back in the evening on our second day, the room was still the same. Cleaning was not done, though was informed the front desk. There's a mice roaming around the corner of the room. Lastly, the room is not sound proof. At 10pm we can still hear noises coming from the other rooms, lika dragging of charirs, children running and banging of doors.
