No toiletries no phone no wifi ##### FRANKLYN ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 16 Jan 2017 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities #### Front Desk Clerk/Staff should be more accomodating We checked in early(8:00am) and I understand that it might take some time to have the reserved room. They act quick though and had us a room and we just left our baggage since we need to go somewhere important. However, they didn't informed us that the key card will be locked or disabled by 12pm or 2pm, so it happened to us that when we arrived to our room (5th floor )between 3pm to 4pm we were shocked that our key card doesn't work so I need to go down to FD to have it unlocked and it is just so hassle in our part to wait outside of our room for about 5min to 10min. Though very basic but also very convenient. It is walking distance to centrio mall and gaisano mall and beside the Capitol University. It is a 5min drive to Agora terminal and limketkai.
