Luxurious and elegant home located in an exclusive gated subdivision in one of the nicest districts of Cagayan de Oro City. It is on the uphill of a fine subdivision designed in the typical architecture of Europe. A quiet neighborhood with security guards on 24 - hour patrol.  
The home was completely renovated recently including the exterior and land escaping.  
Everything in this two storey house is new.  
  
The space  
The building has two floors, on the first floor, you can find a neat, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living/relaxing area, a bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen extension.   
Upon your arrival, you can look forward to a welcome basket full of snacks and bathroom essentials.  
  
The house has enough space and comfortable with all the necessities for visitors. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry (washer+dryer).  
  
WIFI is provided for free.  
Every room in the house has a remote controlled air condition. (except the downstairs bedroom )
