"Very good breakfast, well worth the price and convenience since there are no breakfast places in the area. The staff is very friendly and service is great. Room was cleaned daily as requested but surfaces could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, a pleasant experience."

"An Outstanding Hotel Experience – Exceptional Staff, Service and Food! My stay at the Elite World Grand Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was fantastic, and every member of staff I encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would particularly and personally like to thank Izel, the manager, who was absolutely outstanding. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect, made sure there were no problems during my stay, and took the time to explain the various trips and excursions I could enjoy. Her professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made a real difference to my experience. The food was outstanding, too! Aleyna one of the chefs, deserves special recognition for preparing food that was genuinely exceptional. Every meal was a pleasure. I would also like to thank Betul, whose helpfulness and understanding when I visited the restaurant were greatly appreciated. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely welcome. Izel, Aleyna and Betul are a real credit to this hotel. Employees like these are what make the difference between an ordinary hotel stay and a truly memorable experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Elite World Grand Hotel to anyone considering staying here. The outstanding customer service, wonderful food and genuinely caring staff made my visit a pleasure. Thank you to the entire team 🙏"

"Very central, great location for walking to the attractions Hotel was nice, staff friendly but we were originally put in room 201 which was really small. The other couple in our party room was so much bigger so we asked to get changed as we paid the same. They couldn’t do that on the 1st night but they changed us the following day which made such a difference. Breakfast a bit basic, could be better."

"We had a wonderful stay at Triada Hotel. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s definitely worth the money, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast menu, as having a little more variety would make the experience even better. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We would happily stay here again!"
