"Very comfortable bed, breakfast was good but understaffed to cope with a busy period on the Sunday - the staff themselves were great - courteous and friendly just rushed off their feet. Monday breakfast was fine. Very good location near the Opera House. Parking was a challenge. "

"The property was perfect in every way, very spacious and well equipped with amazing views from the terrace . The property is very rural but not far from attractions and plenty of pubs/restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Jo the host was very welcoming and informative. A bonus was there is an EV charger at the property. We would highly recommend the property."

"The hotel.was ideally situated to explore Buxton. The area where the hotel was is lovely and quiet. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 1 night which usually means you get a small room but the room was a good size. The floorboards outside in the corridors are very creaky which kept us awake at times and had we stayed longer it would have disturbed our sleep but other than that I would definitely stay here again."
