A really welcoming hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff and a first class breakfast. We stayed here for the Challenge Almere triathlon and it all worked out perfectly. Would 100% recommend

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I really can't fault this hotel at all. It was definitely one of the best I've been to. The staff were very helpful, the location was perfect and the room was amazing. One ten minute train ride and you're right in the centre. Couldn't be any easier. Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. Excellent location for access to business located near 'The Wall'. Shuttle bus service excellent but book to ensure availability. All staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Rooms big and comfortable with everything you need.

Hotel was beautiful. Only 2 minutes from the metro station and only a short ride into the centre. Will definitely be booking this hotel again next year.

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

Great Staff and loveky rooms.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Real quirky hotel, totally different from anything I have stayed in before, but in a good way. Free wine hour in the early evening! would totally recommend this hotel.
