We exited the one stop ride from Heathrow & asked a taxidriver for a ride to the hotel & he pointed across the road. He were a little embarassed. "

"Lovely Hôtel conveniently situated just a short distance from underground and west London. Staff (Natalie, William and Adam) were excellent and resolved one or two issues efficiently, just teething problems really as hotel only recently opened. Look forward to my next visit!"
