The room was clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, loved that it was a buffet. Enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Area is nice and secluded, has an element of peace and quiet.

Lady doing breakfast on 16th August was outstanding

Was in Leicester for my daughter’s graduation, the bed was very comfortable, my wife snored happily all night. The breakfast was great, it set us up for the day. If I need to stay in Leicester again, I’ll be staying here.

Nice place.

Great hotel, the rooms were fantastic and I would happily stay again.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The most comfy bed, staff were all helpful and lovely, great breakfast, a really lovely stay and would definitely stay again

Very nice place to stay. Friendly and clean.

Staff friendly, room was good, food was good value for money, beer was very well priced, convenient for bus into town, and a Tesco Express next door, would go again.

Super staff and very good breakfast included, definitely my go to hotel in Leamington Spa.
