The service from Ryota and the entire team was exceptional and truly made our stay special. The location is ideal. Peaceful and quiet, yet with easy access to the bus. "This hotel was decent. The location was fantastic. Close to a lot of fun streets, the Nishiki market, shopping, the river yet it was tucked away and quiet. It felt very safe. The laundry room is shared and busy but great to have. The kitchenette was very tiny and not well stocked. Ok for snacks but not to make meals. The beds were ok and pillows very thick and hard, not exactly comfy. The room was on the small side and dated compared to other similar hotels we stayed in. It felt a bit pricey...

"The pros; Great location.The onsen on property was great. The breakfast selection was great, loved the ice cream treats too. Rooms are small, very basic. The cons: Too many people. Line for coffee, line for breakfast ( Yes even at 6:45 am) and line to get on the elevator. Rooms are small, very basic. Stayed 3 nights here and it was good but would not stay there again… too crowded."
