"comfortable bed. aircon a bit noisy but worked well as a white noise machine. shower was spacious and comfortable. good water pressure. towel was large. in-room safe was useful. adequate hangers for clothes. very accessible by monorel but always traffic jam right in front of the hotel. gigantic mall Berjaya Times Square is just an overhead bridge away, and new mall Lalaport is another bridge away. more food and shopping options behind the hotel."

"I like that the hotel staff are very friendly. We arrived 12 pm and they allowed us to check in early as there are available clean room. Hotel manager told us they will give the room as long as available and not ask customers to wait till 3pm. Highly recommended as hotel is ideally located too."
