"Enjoyed our stay, the location was good and staff were nice. The room wasn’t bad but it did feel like it was slanted/tilted to one side as you enter and sleep on the bed. Room didn’t seem to be soundproof as we were next to the fire escape door/stairs section, so you could hear people outside going in & out."

"Lovely old hotel with modern interior. Room very comfortable with good size bathroom including bath. Quiet room. Breakfast was lovely and dining area bright. Great selection for breakfast. All staff extremely helpful and polite. Used the spar facilities. Hot tub fabulous. Sauna great. Steam room not functioning properly unfortunately. Very clean. Great that you can book your own time slot. Broadstairs is lovely area. Beach gorgeous. Short walk from hotel into town. Station also nearby. Would highly recommend. Thank you Yarrow for a lovely visit."

Broome Park Hotel

"My second stay here and the experience both times has been very similar. It is a stunning building in beautiful grounds. Some of the staff are really nice but some really couldn't care less. On this trip the gentleman on breakfast just barked "room number" when I approached. He didn't offer me any tea or coffee either - although I heard him offer someone else some. Maybe he forgot or maybe he didn't like the look of me. I also had a problem with the automatic blinds. They are remote control - the remote control did not work. I reported it to the front desk and when I returned there was no update and they still didn't work. So no privacy. The room was spacious and pleasant to be in but some of the team members let this place down!"
