Mediocre apartment which was clean on general inspection but look under the beds and it’s a different story. It served its purpose for the night but I wouldn’t have liked to stay any longer. Internet was poor. You got 1 GB for 24 hours and it was an extremely slow speed. Surrounding neighbourhood was good for shopping and restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic properties stay at prior to going to the airport. Room itself was wonderful. Plenty of dining options up and down the street. Only a 10 minute walk to the river to catch the city cat.

Very good value, stayed here prior to our cruise and it was a great 2 bed apartment. Good lounge area and seperate bedrooms. Clean and comfortable with a large balcony to watch the world go by. Definitely would stay again.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, secure accomodation in middle of racecourse road with easy access to transport, food, pub and races. Secure undercover parking included, easy access and a good stay for a few nights.

Very happy with my stay. Easy to access and instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay there again. Supermarket over road and great coffee and eating spots around. Breakfast at LeBonChiox was good for me.

The property was accessible to facilities and transport by ferry, rail and bus. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If in Brisbane again we would look at staying at Domain As to again.

Very poor customer service
Unfortunately the customer service is very poor here. I booked a one night stay for October 21 and advised them I was flying in from Europe around 10.30pm could they advise how I could access my room. I didn’t hear back so my wife in Australia rang them and they said to tell me they would provide an access code to me when I landed and she advised me of that. I arrived and found an email asking me to provide id (which my wife would have supplied if they needed it). I sent off my id and waited all night but never received a response or the access code to a room. I asked for a refund which was refused and no reason given.

Great- clean, lovely staff, awesome convenient location! Beautiful sunset views! Make sure you try the pizza shop near the pier and the orange spot bakery! Fabulous!

Large spacious apartments. Perfect location to stay when attending the races or Hamilton Hotel. Close to restaurants and cafes for breakfasts. I particularly love the access codes instead of keys/cards. Tip is to write it on your arm in case your phone is flat. (Especially for big nights).
