Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge etc... Hair Dryer, Iron and washing machine provided. FREE WIFI within the apartment \*\*Common facilities are located at Floor 4, and you will need to use the fob to get access \*\*Regarding parking, we don't have any fixed number of parking spot for your use, you can park at any empty spot which is lower than Basement 5 level. Guest Access: Please treat the place as your home during your stay. You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date. LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
