I booked this after arriving at Singapore airport. I expected to be able to get to room in terminal 3 in the public area where most of the hotels have been in my experience. However, this was in the secure area of terminal 3 and I had a connecting flight the following day in terminal 4 so I couldn't even get to the facility to use the room. VERY DECEPTIVE!! You should clearly state that you must have terminal three flight/boarding pass to be able to get access to this facility!! You should REFUND this booking since it isn't clear and I had to sleep on furniture in terminal 4 for the night.

The reason I have made a reservation was that; I need a place to sleep for a few hours. Very disappointed as I was informed that there was no bed at the lounge . I specifically asked for a bed on my reservation.The email I received was also confused; One part of the email says chair no bed then the other part says room requests 1 twin bed.( see the email you sent to me) I'm not happy with the service provided from Expedia. 施設というよりもこのサイトで、日本語ではシングルルームと表記されているが、英語ではラウンジとなっていてわかりにくかった。チェックインの際にやはり個室ではないとわかり、（フロントの女性もいつもこのサイトの書き方で混乱している、と話していた）滞在時間を短くし追加料金を払って個室を確保。個室といっても小さなベッドがあるだけで鍵もかからない部屋。ラウンジは満席で食事するテーブルを探すのにも苦労した。
