"We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were excellent, professional, friendly and welcoming. Special mention for the team in Harry’s Bar and Restaurant. They were all excellent and the food was delicious!! We took our Jack Russell puppy with us and were a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but from our experience this is a great hotel to take dogs. They’re welcome everywhere but the spa and all the staff made a fuss of him."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a Clive double cell and it felt very spacious. Nice bathroom with a separate shower and tub. High quality linens and towels were thick and plush and generous sized. Good location, close to the station and walkable to everything. Breakfast is pricey but very nice. Service excellent "
