Grab a drink at the pub, take a stroll along the promenade, or relax at home, the WIFI and smart TV are ready to stream all your favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

KITCHEN
The well equipped kitchen on the first floor with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody on the breakfast bar. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.

LIVING ROOM
On the first floor with the open plan kitchen, you’ll find the sociable living room set up with 2 sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOMS
Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom as well separate WCs on the second floor and third floor
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat

BEDROOMS
There are five bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds

Family gathering

Fantastic location…a stone’s throw from pier as well as Laine’s shopping. Great to have the parking for two cars too. We would definitely return.

Girls trip

This property is not suitable for 12 people. The location is perfect however we had building works going on during our stay. I am totally happy with VRBO who have been excellent however the property management company were poor. Not enough cutlery/plates/cups for our group. Showers broken and the building works stopped parking on site which meant I had to park four miles away at the property companies offices. As I said location was perfect however the house did disappoint unfortunately

Brighton easter weekend

Perfect location for our family - close to amenities. Some of the bedroom windows don't have any guardrails so should remain locked if you have young children staying.
