This apartment is part of a collection of one and two bedroom apartments within a gated development, above ground level, away from the hustle and bustle yet overlooking The Lanes and Brighton Square

I’m very excited to welcome guests to this cosy apartment, which I hope, is the beginning of a memorable stay in Brighton.

It has stylish interiors and modern comforts with contemporary design and modern amenities, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

It is located 200 yards from the Royal Pavilion, 300 yards from the Beach and in close proximity to the train station and bus routes.

Bedroom:
The apartment sleeps up to 4
Bedroom 1: one double bedroom with a double bed, dressing table, and chair
Lounge: One double sofa bed in the lounge.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

Lounge:
The lounge has a dining table and chairs (comfortably seating up to four persons), a double sofa bed, and arm chair. The lounge also comes with a large smart TV.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a modern walk in shower unit, toilet and basin.

The apartment is completely self contained for your own use, throughout the duration of your stay.

We provide shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.

Guests can access all areas of the property and there are no shared or communal spaces. The property is rented exclusively for guests and so you will not find any host possessions in the apartment. The guests also have access to a shared large first floor sun terrace garden area with seating.

We operate a self check-in process so that guests have the freedom to check-in at a time of their choosing (after check-in time) and so are not constrained by availability of the host to meet them. We find that this flexibility is popular with our guests.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Whilst we try and accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs this is subject to availability, and a charge may be incurred. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out
on time as I am sure you can appreciate this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

No Smoking - £100 Fee

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
