Loud old house converted into hotel rooms/apartments. The room was cold, noisy and in disrepair. There is no reception and contacting staff is near impossible. No breakfast as advertised.

Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again.

Room wasn’t very clean and in very dated condition and had a funny smell so kept windows open the whole stay Bed was uncomfortable so sleep was terrible Meet and greet had poor English so communication was hard We left a day early as didn’t wanna spend another night there

The location of the room was good, and the staff were polite. However the room itself was nothing like the images on the site, it was disgusting and dirty. Long hairs on the pillows which don’t look like they’ve been ever cleaned. The room was done to the cheapest budget possible with lots of corners cut, not well vented and we woke up to soaking walls and condensation running down. Couldn’t wait to get out, and we tried to avoid being in the room in general.

Great location. Chapel street car park just around the corner. (ideal for small cars) The bed was very uncomfortable and room 7 too far with no lift.

Comfortable two day stay in Brighton
We had everything you need for a comfortable stay in room 11 (which strangely enough is in the basement ) room was clean and had everything you need for a couple of days away also the location is good

Check in was seamless, communication prior to our stay was regular and informative. The property was in a great location just a stones throw from the beach and pier and just 10-15 minutes to the high street for shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

The property didn't email us the pass code to get into the property. Despite emails and multiple ignored phones calls we didn't receive this information until 3 hours after check in time. The weather was sideways rain by the sea and we just had to wait outside the property until other guests came and helped us to contact the staff. This delayed our plans for the short stay. The property was surface level clean, a few hairs and dusty sweets on the carpet. Bedding was scratchy and a bit stained. The noise of other rooms was a bit annoying. Facilities were decent, everything you need for a night or two and the location was good.

The room was ok, however there are some things that can be improved. A previous occupant used the bedstead as an improvised tissue. I cleaned the effluence off myself. My room was in the basement, not a problem except the gutters outside the external doors are broken, it was like sleeping next to a waterfall. I appreciate that there was a lot of rain, some water came up through the floor in the bathroom. It did have a carbon monoxide alarm despite not having any gas appliances, can’t be too careful though I suppose.

Highly recomend it.The location was excelent.The owner and staff were number one, friendly and hellful.Clean and spacious room.I was with my daughter and arrived at 10.30 am.The owner kindly called the staff and they let me check in earlly.I cant thank them enough.A big massive WELL DONE!

This is very good value accommodation. I arrived late but entry codes to front door and room door worked without a glitch. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom spotless with a good shower. Id be happy to stay there next time.

Me and my partner had a great time here, would definitely recommend this hotel for couples on a budget. Our room was clean and spacious. We had a microwave, kettle, fridge (with freezer compartment) and a hairdryer in the room, which was great. Would happily stay here again :)
