It is located on the 5th floor with an ELEVATOR and will be perfect for accommodating 2 people, take the opportunity to go to the mountains as a couple! You will also have a lovely BALCONY offering a beautiful VIEW of the lush green mountains in summer and covered in white in winter. Looking forward to welcoming you! \## Logement The apartment is convenient and perfect for a ski trip. It is located on the 5th floor with elevator and will be perfect for 2 people. It has a bedroom with 1 double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a nice living room with access to the BALCONY. You will appreciate this last one for the VIEW which it offers you since the housing. You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Toaster Sheets and towels can be provided at extra cost. The location of the apartment is ideal, you will be able to take full advantage of winter activities such as downhill skiing, ice falls, snowshoeing ... True paradise for sportsmen, you will also be spoiled in summer by hiking, mountaineering, via ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding ... The Géant Casino of Briançon in the Grande Boucle shopping center is 5 minutes away by car, as well as the Grand Boucle pharmacy, and many other shops (cheese shop, Fnac, a Tabac Presse, market every Wednesday and Sunday...). You will be able to visit the Schappe Park (8 min by car), the Vauban fortress of Briançon with the Fort du Château and the Asfeld Bridge, and spend a day at the Grimp In Forest amusement park. A professional cleaning is done before the arrival of the travelers. Unfortunately the Wi-fi was not working when we arrived and was not resolved by the host. To charge 88 euros to clean a small apartment is excessive and to charge a further 66 euros for bedding and towels is also too much so we bought our own. The bedroom could do with at least a bedside table and a mirror.The bathroom needs a bin and some hooks on the door. A 2018 calendar on the wall is pretty pointless. This could be a fabulous little place but needs a bit more thought going into it. ##### julia f.
