Good and bad (also, it's the GARVEY PARK Hotel)
It's hard to rate this one... My room had been recently renovated and had nice furniture and a bright, sunny view. But oddly, the lobby and the hallways were extremely run down and very shabby. And I had continual problems with Wifi reception the whole time I was there. The neighborhood is safe and it's very close to a big shopping center with a food court (north of the bus station.) But the neighborhood is very confusing and unpleasant to walk around as a pedestrian; it took me a while to get my bearings. Finally, check in was strange: everything about this hotel (the building itself, the keys, the room) says "GARVEY PARK HOTEL", but there is a separate lobby on the first floor for the "Brasilia Apart Hoteis." Be sure to tell your taxi driver you want the GARVEY PARK hotel!

The hotel is located in very good place near all everything to sightseeing. The room was good but so bad for not having internet access as announced in web site.

Foi uma estadia ok, eu gostei do apartamento. É confortável, porém o ar condicionado pingava, em determinado momento desliguei, mas no dia seguinte o quarto estava ensopado. Tinha água no chão todo, eu quase escorreguei, foi a única coisa que foi incômodo, o ap em si é legal.

Um apartamento horroroso, velho, geladeira com a porta enferrujada, microondas velho, cama com as molas que doem as costas, travesseiros baixos e velhos, edredom sujo, banheiro horrível as válvulas que abrem o chuveiro precisam ser trocadas urgentes a água sai sem vazão, mas, o mais importante mesmo é o parapeito da varanda que está soltando e se alguém se encostar com certeza vai cair e morrer pois são 25 metros de altura. Enfim, uma experiência MEDONHA.

Peca muito pela limpeza do local
Razoável a estadia, pois havia um jogo cadeiras de metais antigo, as outras cadeiras com o tecido sujo e manchado, mas o pior mesmo foi um microondas dentro do banheiro! Não fosse pela extrema necessidade da viagem, não teria ficado, ainda bem que foi por pouco tempo! O que se salva é o restaurante, o dono é muito gentil e educado, e extremamente prestativo! O café é cobrado a parte, mas vale a pena!
