The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was nicely maintained and decorated. We didn’t use the executive lounge or many of the amenities as we were arriving quite late and catching an early flight"

"This hotel worked perfectly for me; arriving on a late flight and being able to walk directly into a hotel room from the terminal. The room is tiny and there isn’t a window, but the price is reasonable and who needs a window for a short overnight stop? I will definitely stay there again."

"Comfortable large room with comfy bed. Fantastic service by all the staff. Being greeted by host for breakfast with orange juice and a wonderful array of choices. Concierge was very helpful in getting us a taxi on a couple of occasions and arranging return trips as well. Proximity to Heathrow and Underground fantastic. Beautiful hotel and would be happy to recommend."
