We had a wonderful welcome back from Mihal, when we arrived early and left our luggage. And then at check-in, we were greeted by the amazing Simona and her colleague, Fiona, who were so friendly and helpful - a pleasure to meet and chat to. We stayed in a suite as we have 2 children- absolutely perfect. Luxurious really, lots of space. Breakfast great, pool good enough (roll on summer and the outdoor pool!) Staff were non intrusive and accommodating, and some grandeur to the building - in need of a bit of repair in places, but frankly this was irrelivent. Such a lovely place to stay and we would go back again and again.

We arrived and got greeted with a smile and a lovely lady told us we had been upgraded as it was our honeymoon! We then got to the room and it was beautifully decorated with petals and a bottle of Prosecco was delivered along with a fruit platter! The service was impeccable!!
