"This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience."

"Husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon. Property is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. Location is great, just a short walk from the beach and all of the shopping and restaurants, but far enough that it’s still peaceful and private. Stefanie is so nice and easy to get ahold of. We encountered some bees in one of the trees during our stay and she had someone out to the house to take care of it within a couple hours. I have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

"Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts...

"Six adults and two young children spent a week - pool/hot tub/patio area is awesome. Plenty of room to gather or be separate as the mood may hit. Easy walking access to City Square and Clematis Street- restaurants, coffee and clubs galore. Easy walk to parks, museum and microbrewery. Finally, communication with manager was superb. "My 2 friends and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms between us and a spacious area to gather. The outside porch area was comfortable and shaded. We spent a lot of time there. In roughly 300 steps we were on the beach and had beautiful views of both the sun & moonrises. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. The house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the iguanas sunbathe as well. We all agreed we would return! We highly recommend!"

"The house was an amazing find for my son’s Spring Break. We had 11 people, 3 couples and 5 boys aged 15-20. The house has 3 en suite bedrooms which was perfect. We didn’t leave the house much as it provided our greatest entertainment. The pool, hot tub, and Tiki hut made us feel like we were at a resort. There were (2) full size refrigerators which were perfect for us as we cooked quite a bit. The drum set and karaoke setup were a great touch. We had a fabulous time and this is one of the best...

"Set reasonable expectations, aligned with the room cost, and you will be very happy with this property. The unit we were in was updated nicely; it was clean and came with the necessities (pool towel, dishes, dish soap, foam sponge, toiletries incl shower gel and shampoo). The staff was very kind and attentive, we were quite impressed with their responsiveness. The location is excellent; a block and a half to the beach, super quick and easy walk on a quiet street.
