"It is a great location and easy to get to highway 401. This make it convenient to visit other areas of Ontario. The home was clean and extremely welcoming and we have stayed in this location once before. I visit this area once a year and will request this location again next year as well!"

"I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay, I went here with 5 other people and all were satisfied with the rooms and quality of the house,l it’s so beautiful and the rooms are super clean and welcoming and the bed were very soft and comfortable. we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio watching the beautiful view of the sunset, sitting in the living room watching tv! It’s such a cozy home and would definitely recommend staying here for a quiet gateaway with a modern and comfortable settjng....

"I stayed for 4 days at the property, it is easy to find and lots of space to park. It is super clean and new. Getting into the property and contacting the owner was seamless. The property is close to everything including OUIT and downtown Oshawa. I had originally thought there was an oven, however it was just a stove top. This wasn’t much of an issue as the kitchen has pots pans with oil etc. Overall I definitely recommend staying here. 5/5 ⭐️"

"This was a great location to where we were visiting. The property owner was responsive and accommodating to letting us bring our larger pet. It’s a basement apartment so it was very loud upstairs at times. I haven’t lived in an apartment in a long time so I wasn’t used to the added sounds. Thank you for an easy stay"

"It most definitely was different. I never shared a unit nor experience the Host being present daily. It was a little strange. I look at everything as an experience. It wasn't bad, just strange. Over all the place was welcoming and cleaned. Very informative or the rules, location and things to do in the area. That was a plus for me. I do appreciate your service & Thank you."

"The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had everything you need. It even had little toiletry bags made up for the guests which I though was really cute and thoughtful. Roxanne was very responsive, accomodating and respectful and instructions were clear. This made made check in and check out easy, and our stay great. I Highly recommend."

Last minute the host told us we weren't allowed ANY music outside as they have had issues in the past (this was not in the posting). I can understand if it was loud or there was excessive noise, but he told us NO music at all. It sucked that I was told last minute. 2. "Location was great! I miss the beach and runs. House was pretty great, kitchen is nice and they do have good taste in deco. Only issue was sharing with a full-time tenant that wasn’t disclosed prior to rental. Thanks for your hospitality."
