Everything was good. The only thing wrong was the central air was not turned on before our arrival so the house was real hot du to the 32° weather occurring at the time.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The place is spacious and the location is very convenient. The only suggestion we’d make is to stock up a bit more on household necessities, especially when hosting a larger group. Other than that, it was a positive experience overall!

Overall the rental was a good place for our crew to unwind after a long day at the track; however, it lacked certain amenities that would have been very helpful. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Nice house and great location . However , I recieved an up charge for cleaning fee before my stay started, wasn’t the cleanest, and lacked basic supplies you’d expect a rental unit to have . The host also chose to not reply/ return any of my messages or calls

Functional, no extras

We were there for a sports tournament, the house was clean but no extras, obviously built for the purpose of using as a rental. Bring your own towels, cleaning stuff, etc. If you’re just expecting a place to sleep, this is an acceptable place to stay.

This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.There are multiple safety and maintenance issues. The front door cannot properly close unless deadbolted due to a broken handle. The only living room light had exposed wiring, making it unsafe. Some outlets are so loose plugs fall out, and one bathroom had a fixture with broken glass. A shelf under the TV was also unstable.The AC does not work properly where it matters most. Lower levels get some airflow, but the upper floors (bedrooms) receive little to none. In summer temperatures, the bedrooms were uncomfortably hot.The listing claims linens, but there were no sheets or pillowcases—only a fitted sheet and a top cover. Towels were limited, with no hooks or bars anywhere. Basic supplies like trash bags, paper towels, and kitchen essentials were also missing.Furniture is worn and uncomfortable, with visible springs in couches and mattresses. Several lights and exhaust fans didn’t work, and overall cleanliness and upkeep were poor. Communication from the host was also unreliable.The price may seem appealing, but it does not reflect the actual condition. I would not stay here again.

Check in was supposed to be 3pm. We arrived just after 5:30pm after a long drive and were not able to check in as the home was still being cleaned. We had a fire alarm wakeup the entire house at 3am, 310am, and 320am, then 730am the following day...false alarm one or more alarm was malfunctioning. Nice to know they work. There were 7 people and only 4 towels. No teatoowels, hand towels, face cloths, fitted sheet only and comforter on beds. No top sheet.

The place was clean except for the dishes. It looked like they were put away dirty. There were no scissors and NOT ENOUGH UTENSILS. There was no dish rag or towel. Maybe that's why the previous renters left the dishes dirty? Plenty of towels but no facecloths. Lots of room. If you are older or have knee or back problems you'll find the first flight with all your luggage difficult. Then you have a flight of stairs for 2 bedrooms and then 1 more flight of stairs for 2 more bedrooms. You'll definitely get your steps in! It is walking distance to restaurants, dollarama, LCBO among others.
