"Nice hotel (but I don't think it is a 4-star one)"
The location is okay, there's a tram/bus stop very close by, and an underground station not so far away (about 10, 15 mins walk). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. You can even buy bus or tram tickets at the reception (if available). The room is good, it has air-con and given Milan summer, that's a must. Breakfast was good, plenty of options like cereals, milk, juice, cakes, bread, scramble eggs, some ham, etc.
If you visit the Expo, the hotel is at a good location, it takes about 20 or 30 mins by underground directly to the Expo.
Well taken care of and perfect for our needs, but nothing is good about the immediate area. You can get anywhere you want to go quickly due to the train line right across the street. If you do not need to walk to the nearest convenience, it is a great choice.
"Nice Hotel with spacious room and a great shower! "
Very close to the train station. Called a cab early in the morning for us and was there in less than 6 minutes. Bed and bed linen were very comfortable as well as a nice shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure.
My party's flight was unexpectedly delayed overnight and we didn't know where to turn. Luckily there was availability at the Nino. We had five people and were worried about being crowded. Not here! Pleasant triplex with 2 baths and a powder room! Very clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Neighborhood was a little iffy, but we managed to go to the local market for food and pigged out in our spacious apartment!
Had reserved a quad room but were given 2 double rooms. Otherwise all was wonderful - quiet location, good breakfast, clean, comfortable. Hosts were quite helpful. No disagreements over the change in rate due to change in rooms provided.

This northern neighborhood of the Italian city of Milan was long considered strictly industrial, but recent years have seen Bovisa transform into a largely residential suburb bustling with students. Home to the campus of the university Politecnico di Milano, this neighborhood is also well-known for the Triennale Bovisa, dedicated to contemporary art exhibitions, concerts, and events.
