Beautiful apartment in beautiful location but terribly unacomadating

Its a beautiful apartment in beautiful location but we had a terrible experience with the host, the property is listed with a washing machine and dryer, which is why we booked it since we are alot of children. when we were on the way they told us it was broken and they are not fixing it. the host offered us 2 washes in a laundret and that was it!!!! this is not enough for a 2 week stay!!!! she then lied that we were 11 people so she is not helping us when we were only 9 people!!!! she wouldnt do any thing to help us and it completly ruined our stay! we had to pay 96 euro for a laundrette, which we thought vrbo would give us back and they did didnt!! A terrible experience!!!!!

Emplacement parfait, mais compte tenu du standing annoncé, déceptions : Un lit cassé, Une chambre sans fenêtre, le linge de maison pas repassé et posé en vrac. Lits non faits.Lave vaisselle défectueux. Pas de livret d'accueil pour faciliter l'entrée dans les lieux.

Séjour au arcs

Grand appartement aux arcs bien placé dans la résidence du Chantel Avec un accès direct piste facile y compris pour les cours des enfants. Les chambres du haut sont très basses de plafond attention aux têtes pour les plus grands. L’équipement est correct même si une box Internet ne serait pas superflu vu que le réseau téléphonique est limité voire inexistant pour la plupart des opérateurs. Enfin seul point noir la propreté des lieux qui laissait très franchement à désirer avec une vaisselle non nettoyée une cuisine sale tout comme le linge de maison et certaines chambres dans lesquelles nous avons dû refaire le ménage en arrivant. Pour une location avec des frais de conciergerie et de ménage conséquent cela n’est clairement pas admissible
