And we had to take a garage elevator and a room elevator to get to our room. Self check in and self check out is a little bit impersonal, and it wasn't that quick. Please let your guests know that there will not be room cleaning unless you request it."

"Checked in on MGM app which assigned room, able to use stations to print room keys. Assigned room in Royal tower which needs updating. Above headboard decoration was peeling off, lights difficult to turn on/off or not working. Had issue with key card and directed to wait in a long guest services line that was not moving very fast, though premium guests had 2 agents helping. I figured out I could remake a key from app, so was able to get out of line. Clean casino machines. "
