"Not a friendly welcome at all! Hotels in need of some TLC, rooms way too warm but you can’t control the heat individually & opening a window meant being kept awake all night by the busy street below, even had police outside until early hours, just not a great location to stay & hotel is old & sad with miserable staff!"

Parking was ample and the whole check in process was super. The team were very flexible and helpful when we notified them that we would not be able to arrive by latest check in time and were accommodating of our arrival time."
