"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "

"Loved this hotel! It was clean, lovely decor, the staff were wonderful and welcoming, the breakfast was nice, and it’s an excellent location, walkable to most everything. I had a room with balcony on the front, so it was a bit noisy from the street but earplugs did the trick and I loved having a balcony. Highly recommend!"
