There is nothing that I could say negatively about my stay. I was treated very well by the staff all the way from my landing to my departure. The room was amazing. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. They provided an amazing variety of food to eat that would rival any other hotel I have stayed at. The beach is more private, so I was able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing day. I don’t see any reason to stay anywhere else for my future trips to Boracay.

We are very pleased to with our stay, they took very good care of us, they made us feel its our home. Special shout out to the manager of Sirena restaurant and the cliff top bar band Tala vocalist Hanna you guys are awesome! We will be back again. 1. Terrible WiFi 2. Beautiful setting 3. Great pools, Main beach really great, private beach very rocky, better for snorkelling than swimming 4. Food average at best-no taste, esp Vintara. Like the food was prepared for photos not taste. The best food was from the pool bar, Ciara restaurant 5. Rima - steakhouse without baked potatoes! Very expensive and, once again, pretty bland 6. Staff very attentive, helpful 7. Nail Salon was awesome 8. Shuttle service very slow 9. Comparable to other nearby resorts like Linde, Crimson and Movenpick, but much more expensive. Not worth it I was really expecting so much from a 5 star chain with this reputation. My first time at a Shangri La property, probably my last

The rooms is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Almost all the staff were friendly and accommodating except for some few who were not interested in helping us. I love the the location of the resort. Breakfast was top notch. I would definitely go back in the future.

We stayed in the tree house villa, well worth the price the views were amazing , they cleaned it twice a day, they baked cookies everyday and brought it to us, we had our own butler who could be called anytime. They were super nice and very helpful everywhere. Overall best vacation I’ve ever had

Cannot fault this resort for anything. From the minute we landed at the airport till the end everything was nothing less than a dream. The location the friendly staff, the room, the beach and pool was immaculate. The breakfast was probably one of the best buffets. Honestly would definitely return one day! unlike its counterpart in Edsa Manila this unit was chalk to cheese . On arrival we were upgraded by a most pleasant Asst Manager and throughout the stay the staff could not have been more helpful. View from Villa 30 was underwhelming. No direct view to beach, could only view the sea. That was the onloy downside to the experience overall. The villa was exceptional and very clean. Personnel were top-notch - as expected and delivered!
