All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk gave us the ocean view when we realized that our room did not have a view. The staff may not know our names but it is nice to know that they recognized our faces. Will come back here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Red Coconut! The food was delicious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The beachfront location is perfect, and it’s within walking distance of everything you need. We especially loved that it’s right beside D’Mall, making shopping, dining, and other activities very convenient. I would definitely recommend Red Coconut to anyone visiting Boracay. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Red Coconut’s location was amazing, beachfront, close to D-Mall, close to station 1 via walk. Staff were super accommodating and helpful. We booked 2 rooms - the beach view room was spacious with a veranda, but the family room that had 3 rooms only had 1 bathroom which was tough for 7 occupants. Although it was spacious as well, we would’ve loved a room all in a single level as the stairs were steep. Hooks for clothes and mirrors are def so needed in the rooms. Bedsides those, our experience was so fun - buffet breakfast ample, night entertainment was cool. I will go back but wont book the family room:-P

I managed to have a quick get away to Boracay. From the moment i arrived the staff was on point. Although the property seems a little dated, it was clean and AC was working nicely. I have a stong sensitivity to scents and my room was initially located near the house keeping area and I was immediately given a room change when it became available. Access to the beach was so nice, just steps away. Lots of activities in the area. The nightly fire dance show was fun and entertaining. I will say the showstopper was the impeccable staff. Gold stars to Reymond, Judie, Kevin and RJ but it doesn't stop there, the staff at the restaurant was amazing as well. I can be a picky customer. You are much appreciated. The patience, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of these employees made my stay.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Mas a parte física do hotel está péssima. Fiquei 3 noites e tive que trocar de quarto 2x . A primeira porque dentro do quarto de frente a piscina (que nao se entra por sinal. Horrível) nao conseguimos conversar tamanho o som da música ao vivo das 18 as 22h30. Da segunda vez porque a dobradiça da porta quebrou. Manutenção zero. O casal que foi conosco também trocou de quarto porque o ar condicionado vazou demais. Ah e também essa questão do ar super barulhento. Estadia das piores que ja tive

While the hotel was terrific during the day, it was exceptionally loud during the nights due to bars and clubs next door. The noise would continue until 2:00 am every evening. I strongly suggest bringing earplugs if you have any interest in getting any sleep.

Red Coconut Beach Hotel is a great choice if you want to stay right in the heart of Boracay. The location is excellent directly on White Beach, Station 2 close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which really made a positive difference. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beachfront atmosphere was lively and fun. Breakfast and the restaurant area were enjoyable, especially with the beach view and evening entertainment. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night due to the central location and live music, so it may not be ideal for light sleepers or those looking for a very quiet stay.
