It has a nice facade, entrance aesthetic is great. The pool was great but there are stuff left floating that was an eyesore. The rooms were great but unlike other hotels some essentials are per request like face towel. The toilet need a lock otherwise somebody can open it and see you. The bidet is too strong like a fire hose and it’s difficult to adjust. Toilet paper is substandard. A lot of water pooling around the property when it rains, maybe terrain and drainage need improvement. Staff were courteous and respectful all the time except for the one who handled our check out. The housekeeper who checked one of our rooms dropped the ball, missed to check the refrigerator where the glass was and declared a glass missing. What’s worst was, we were cleared when we checked out and while we were eating lunch we got a call that a glass was missing in one of the rooms and it was not handled well.

It would have been nice to have a spa onsite and a bar that could make assorted cocktails, they were unable to make a Maitai. It also appeared there was not a big emphasis put on exterior maintenance. Hopefully this doesn’t continue as all in all it was a beautiful resort with the exception of the above.

The place is on the beach in station 2, so everything is walking distance. The breakfast buffet was amazing and it was different everyday. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again when in Boracay.

When you’re in the property, it’s really nice. Once you step out, the beach is beautiful but really crowded. If you want fewer people and more privacy, go to Station 1. If you like the crowd and easy access to restaurants, this is the perfect spot to stay.

Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa has a great location with easy beach access, which was one of the best parts of the stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their service throughout my visit. However, for the amount I paid and considering that the hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, the overall experience felt closer to a 3-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was limited, and some of the food was bland. The room service menu was also very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at, and I was surprised that basic vacation drinks like a mojito or margarita were not available for in-room dining. There were also some issues with the room and facilities. Our shower drain had a sewage smell, which was unpleasant. The bed was extremely firm and ended up hurting our backs. The gym was also very small and located near the lobby/check-in area, which was surprising considering how large the hotel is. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the hotel has a long way to go before it truly feels like a 5-star resort. For around $1,000, I expected a much better experience.

We had a wonderful family stay! The location was excellent—just steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the nightly music, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere each evening. The location was excellent—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, local eateries, shopping, bars, and nightclubs, making it the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We definitely enjoyed out short stay with Mandarin Bay Resort to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Checked in early - waiting time was reasonable within the hour we were in. Special mention to Grace as she assisted and welcomed us - also arranged a suprise for my wife on her special day which was really thoughtful of her and the housekeeping team. I truly recommend their breakfast buffet and dinner as well. Beach with white sand is just a step away from the rear. Pool was great for both adults and kids. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Walking distance from Station 2 establishments too. Will definitely go back in the future. Thank you Mandarin Bay!

The Manadarin staff meeting us at the airport to take us to the dock were very courteous and provided great customer service! As well as the Captain of the boat and his crew. The hotel staff received us with a warm Mabuhay welcome! They provided quality customer service! The room attendant kept our room cleaned and stocked! The pool staff also greeted us with a smile as well as the bar staff! All the la Fiesta restaurant staff greeted us with a warm Mabuhay welcome! Mr. John Mar provided outstanding customer service!! He is very attentive to all his customers. He ensured our coffee lattes we're replenished. He also brought fruits and fresh fruit drinks to out table. He is a fine representative and asset to the the Manadarin Bay Resort and Spa. This is our second time staying at the Manadarin Bay Resort and Spa. We have recommended this hotel to our family and friends and they too have stayed at this h beautiful Hotel!!
