Hyams Beach family holiday home

"My husband and I enjoyed 3 nights at Bill and Jenny’s place and it was perfect for us. The balcony gets sun nearly all day which was great in the cooler weather and it all has sea views. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything you needed for a few days stay. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance.Just a note - the driveway is rather steep but you can park on the road."

"We enjoyed our short stay and the stunning view of this water-front property. It is way more beautiful than than in the pictures. The property is very clean, looks like newly renovated, the sound of the water through out the day is very healing, overall excellent for short stay. A couple things that were uncomfortbale were getting down to the property from someone else's driveway is a bit tricky the first time and there is not enough bin space to throw the trash. Also, bringing your own sheets and towels is cumbersome, especially if people are flying in and not driving. Hiring from the owners is very expensive for 3 or 4 days. Other than that we highly recommend this cottage and will love to stay there again."

"Property was very clean, well kitted-out, and very spacious. Fantastic location, with wonderful views right on the lake. Also, a bonus - lots of wildlife. Highly recommended.Would definitely stay again."
"We had a beautiful time at this classical beach house with beautiful views from the upper veranda. Little Hyams Beach is just across the street with fantastic walks in both directions. The house consists of two seperate and unconnected fully equipped appartments. This was perfect for our group (4 adults and 1 teenager) providing some privacy. The house would benefit from some maintanace work to keep its charm alive."
"Really liked the layout of the house and how clean it was. Views from the balconies were perfect to catch the sunrise over the bay each morning. Location was great and street was very quiet, and it was fun to see the kangaroos in the evenings. Back yard is well maintained and just as large as in the pictures. Not in the pictures is the huge walk-in robe upstairs! We ended up using it as the nursery and it was perfect!"
