"Excellent location - easy walk to town / railway. Marvellous view of estuary, yachts, which even with rainy weather brightened the spirit. Could sit & relax just looking at the view. Superb bathroom with large shower. Good facilities apart from kitchen utensils - need overhaul. Didn't like fold up dining chairs."

"Overlooking the harbour and sandy beach this was the ideal location. Well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and comfortable beds. Great Indian restaurant nearby plus fish and chip shop. Would definitely return here."

"The apartment was dated but clean, quite cold even with the heaters, the 2nd bedroom heater didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t working and one half of the recliner sofa didn’t recline. "The flat is really spacious and well equipped and is a great location for two of the Zip World locations and for access to Snowden. It should be noted that the parking can get very busy depending on how many people are in the flat upstairs. "This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

"Let the flat for a few days for a Welsh golf tour. There is a pub next door (owner—Josh) with a good selection of drinks. The store owners underneath play music in the morning—rock one morning, then switched to Christmas music the next day. The music was in the mid-early morning so it did not wake us up. "Whilst the property was clean, it needs a lot of work and updating. Felt dark and shabby. Photos of how close you are to the harbour are misleading. Outside area was in need of work and lounger covers badly stained. "

"The views from the property are amazing it’s on a lovely raised private position. The property itself is clean and well equipped and spacious enough for two or three adults and a couple of children but think wound be a little cramped for 5 adults. Overall this property is a lovely base to visit the nearby places and is lovely to sit and admire the views in the evening, A hot tub would be an absolute 5 star addition with those views. "Clean and well fitted out (as described) and in a good location for harbour and beach. Friendly staff. I was initially concerned at a lack of information about where we could park, but once we had got to the place to ask, turns out they have a free parking space nearby for guests and we were not rushed out of it when we checked out so we had an extra couple of hours on the harbour with no parking problem. Great to have good air conditioning - gets hot in the attic room - and controllable blinds...

"Absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed in a static caravan before but this was the best experience for a first timer. The facilities were spot on and the hot tub was an added bonus and throughly enjoyed by the children. The only downside was that the toilet seat was very loose and shifted when sitting on it. It was a minor problem and didn’t really affect our stay. "
