"It was a gem in the neighborhood and its under renovation but it did not interfere with our quiet time. The updated rooms are small but modern and clean. They served a hot breakfast on the roof top terrace, and it was excellent! I would definitely go back again . Thanks to all the staff!"

"The checking in staff was pleasant friendly and very knowledgeable. Took my phone call and answered my queries in a very polite manner. The bedroom had everything that is required and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. NCP car park at a discounted rate which was very useful. "Very good clean friendly hotel and excellent daily service in the room. Hotel is situated close to anything you need in Brighton from the beach to the lanes and the Brighton Pavilion. Breakfast is very good (apart from the orange juice which was very watery and tasteless. Stayed at this hotel three times previously and would happily stay again. "
