I picked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle to the airport when I requested the shuttle they told me it’s not in service I only stayed at this hotel for that reason

Check in process went very smoothly. The room I reserved was clean. I thought there might be some bottled water in the room, but there wasn’t.
Room was huge and had a lot of furniture (recliner chair, dresser, desk) plus a microwave and mini fridge! Free breakfast was decent. Clean hotel, helpful staff. Great value.

Hotel needs some TLC. Carpet stained throughout, obvious neglect to cleaning and general maintenance. Old and musty smell. In room, we found objects from prior guests. On the positive side, bed was comfortable and there are a decent amount of vending machines onsite, and breakfast is included.

The room was nice and clean - I have no complaints. Hallways looked like they could use a good cleaning.
I was on the 3rd floor and the room above me was extremely loud all night moving things around and walking loud back and forth.

Phones in room did not work, not enough pillows, had to go down and ask for more, housekeeping never came , had to go down and ask for clean towels, stains on carpet, elevator smelled of smoke, unfriendly unhelpful staff

Staff was friendly. Room was fine. Breakfast I was sad about as and should have maybe read about more closely. There options but no eggs, sausage , bacon, waffles made fresh etc. it was items that you set up and walk away from cereal, bagels etc

The staff was very courteous. I did request a change of room due to sink backup. When I arrived from my day activities, I was still in the same room. But all was taken care of the night staff. Also, I observed a different source of guests, some cursing sue to dog poop in the fairgrounds.. Just observed how the hotel has changed. Rooms need to be refurbished. Breakfast bar should have more variety I smelled weed in the corridors. Berth.

Manager was beyond rude (John), supposed to be pet friendly ( not). When we attempted to check in, and were informed we couldn’t due to pets, and asked for explanation, we were met with yelling, screaming, cussing, and cops. Also told to call Expedia first r refund

Thank you for the review. You guys both came in together looking to check in, however you didn't have a credit card for the 100.00 authorization and the front desk agent said we couldn't check you in until we can get the 100.00.. The agent said we can email your mom a credit card authorization to fill out or your mom can come to the hotel. You both walked and said your mom is going to be upset about this. A little bit after, you came back with your mom and then became aggressive and yelling in the lobby, that the police had to be called, again all because of the 100.00 security. After all the yelling and curing, we asked you to leave and that we will cancel your reservation and no payment will be taking.
The room smelled musty, the recliner was dirty looking as well as the floor. The ice maker wasn’t working. It was just ok. The staff seemed pleasant. Everything needs updating at the hotel.

Dirty old carpeting. Elevator out is service from 9p to 11a. Awful mattress. Broken tiles. Shows it age and not being updated. We have been staying at this hotel for many years usually twice per year. This is the last time. We’ll be moving to holiday inn or the Hilton garden next time

The doors had huge gaps, old and dated plus it smells like cigarettes
It was very noisy, the sheets are old and smells the bathroom is very dated
I don't think I will be staying there again
