"We arrived in for a wedding at a different venue quite early and wanted to see if we could just leave our bags with reception. Instead of this, the front of house team found us a room that was already ready, and got us checked in well before we expected that we could do so. This gave us plenty of opportunity to freshen up before needing to turn around. Later, the front of house team were also able to book us a taxi. Unfortunately it was very delayed in arriving, meaning that we would be late to the wedding, but one of the staff had ordered a taxi that had turned up for them, and offered us to take it so we could get there sooner. The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating during our stay, and they are a credit to the Hotel. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as you all possibly could!"

"Lovely big room, great location. Downfall was the parking situation. States had parking on site, but did not stipulate that you had to pay a daily fee of 14 pounds. Even though car park is directly under the hotel and not gated so anyone off the street can access"

"Excellent staff at reception. Beautiful property with a wonderful restaurant. We stayed at a spacious, beautifuly decorated one bedroom apartment in an adjacent building. The living room was large, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The small frig was plenty for our needs. The only problem was that shower water temperature was unreliable. The two couples that we traveled with stayed in the main hotel and did not have that problem"
