very handy for city centre , had trouble getting in and out of middle bunk.
Ok quality. Beds not very comfortable and pillows were horrible.
Amazingly friendly and helpful staff who truly go above and beyond. The only reason my rating isn't perfect is because it's hard to call this a 5 star hotel relative to global standards. However as this is the only hotel I stayed at in the area, I don't doubt this is the nicest around.
The staff, location, size of room, wonderful breakfast! The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality was incredible!!
Very close to town. Parking is a nightmare so if you stay here you might be best off taking a bus from Belfast, but the rooms are lovely and the breakfast nice
Great city great area the property is in a good spot to
This was a lovely place to stay. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful, clean and tidy and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and we took advantage of the washing service provided. Derry is a lovely city ...
Staff was friendly and helpful. Good proximity to everything. Walking distance to all the sites.
The hotel is very near all the attractions in the city. There is a car park attached ...which has a connecting door to the hotel at level 3.
