This is a wonderful place! The highlight was the great staff, but everything was excellent. Location is important and Boboli has an ideal spot in Florence. It’s literally a few minutes from the Ponte Vechio and the tourist attractions, yet not nearly as hectic and overcrowded. Plus there are plenty of good restaurants just outside the door. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s not what you would expect from a typical hotel but that’s not what you’re going to Italy for, is it?

Great location. Helpful staff. It was unfortunate that the air conditioning wasn’t working or fixed while we were there. Very nice to have free coffee and juice in the reception area.

Very difficult to find this property. The pictures posted on the website do not match the quality of room expected. Staff only available from 10am til 7pm.Shower stall in the bathroom very small. My husband could barely fit in the shower. Pillows on the bed very uncomfortable. This property was on the third floor of a building above residential properties. It was very loud throughout the night. Doors closing, banging noise like construction and loud conversations until 1am. Staff at check in friendly.

Property was located in great part of town with restaurants and cafes right outside the door. It’s currently being remodeled but it didn’t really affect our stay.
