"We loved staying here. It really had a mix of modern and historical. Felt like a proper English hotel and had a tub in our room!! Hard to find in Europe. There was some construction but it wasn’t impacting our experience and it’s obvious they’re reinvesting in the property and up keep which makes me know I would want to stay there again in years to come. Good breakfast selection, being constantly replenished including GF options. Very handy as a stop off on the way to France. £6 overnight parking charge, but was very secure. I would stay here again"
