Top Bleasby Hotel Reviews

Urban Hotel Grantham

Urban Hotel Grantham

8/10 Good
"Well located just off the A1, clean, good sized room, friendly staff and plenty of parking (although I made the mistake of parking under trees and my car got absolutely caked in droppings - not the hotel's fault). The place is in desperate need of a spuce-up and there's hardly any facilities open at the moment - the hotel makes no secret of this and I was told that more facilities will open up in the next few months. However, perhaps due to the lack of facilities, this was one of the best value stays I've had in a long time. I felt oddly at home during my 2 nights at the Urban Hotel and I hope this place gets the chance to reopen its facilities and thrive. I'd definitely stay there again."

"Staff very helpful as we had to change Club rooms as there was an issue with the toilet in our room. The room was changed in the afternoon, I did leave my new mains multi charger and lead for my apple phone in the room when I checked out but when I phoned the hotel up the next day it had not been handed into reception. I was not happy at all as my partner and myself were certain we left it there. There was also children jumping into the pool and using the jacuzzi when we used the facilities which is dangerous. These ared my only complaints about the hotel."

"We booked two rooms. One was in the newer/refurbished part of the hotel and was of a noticeably higher standard though both rooms were the same price.
