Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! Plenty of equipment i.e cot +other items and fixings for stair gate

It was amazing, cozy and clean. Good to have driveway for parking and near to supermarkets, pharmacy.

Real old world hotel done in the period of the 1800's welsh slate industry. Very comfortable, food excellent, staff excellent.

The self check-in was flawless. The room was clean and well laid out. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast was delivered to our room right on time and was freshly prepared. The guest house is in a great location to explore Snowdonia, highly recommended place to stay!

We had a very nice stay at Gowel, cozy, well equipped with all you need, located in good area with easy access to attractions points and hiking areas.

Nice and cosy quirky property

We had a brilliant stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The cottage was well set up and clean and organised. It was exactly what we wanted from board games for the children. To firewood for the log burner. Thank you son uch we would definitely like to visit again

Lovely house, clean and tidy throughout. Everything we needed was there. Beds were a bit hard ( personal preference) first night it took a long time for heating to warm house but the gas fire made it lovely and cosy. No sky tv.

A home away from home. Second year we’ve been here and it is perfect! The views are to die for, Carrie and Mike are phenomenal hosts and the rooms are huge, clean and have everything you need.

Lovely stay in the isolated guest house, on the edge of snowdonia national park in travel distance of betws y coed, far enough to experience true rural Wales. Run perfectly by the two owners whom made us very welcome. Looking forward to return!
