"Ideal location for getting the bus into Oxford. Room size, layout and furniture all good. Mattress too hard for me (not a great night's sleep) but fine for my husband. Ceiling cobwebs. Bathroom door needed cleaning. Sink cracked. Bathroom otherwise beautifully clean. Nice toiletries. Wi-fi very patchy. Staff were good and attentive."

Positives: Family room was spacious, great food/drink selection at breakfast and the swimming pool itself was decent (and warm)."
