"Clean room nice friendly staff"

"Friendly staff. Good service in bar and restaurant. Only down side was that I had booked a twin room - but there was hardly any room between beds , so not really suitable for friends sharing"

"We had an amazing weekend getaway! The staff were lovely, welcoming, and very approachable throughout our stay. When we first arrived at our room, there was a small issue with the loo, but the management team handled it brilliantly and kindly upgraded us to another room for the night while it was fixed. Both rooms we stayed in were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We also loved spending time at the spa. It was the perfect way to relax during our stay. A big thank you to the whole team for helping make our weekend so lovely!"

"Pool was lovely, and the room size was great. Breakfast was pretty poor with most of the food cold. The toaster was also broken. Small fridge in the room was a nice touch although never really got cold enough to cool drinks. Tv was broken and kept turning off after 2/5 mins."
